Broadband Communications in Latvia: Development and Prospects

In this research qualitative and quantitative analysis of broadband development in Latvia with the context of EU policies, including the regulatory environment, technology, operators, fixed and mobile broadband market, quality of service and price is given. The previous development impact to today's processes and outlines possible future scenarios is shown.
