Synthesis of New Fluorescent 9-Alkyl-2-Triazolylpurines

Purine derivatives are attractive as sensors and reporters in biological applications. Target products were obtained in four step synthesis from 2,6-dichloro-9H-purine. Two synthetic routs towards were developed. Aim products exhibit bright blue fluorescence with emission maxima at 417-457 nm and relative quantum around 50%.
