Synthesis of New Acyclic Nucleoside Phosphonates

The aim was to develop a synthesis of 9-alkyl-6-amino-2-(1,2,3-triazolyl)purine acyclic nucleoside phosphonates with fluorescent properties. In seven step synthesis, using Arbuzov reaction, Mitsunobu coupling and CuAAC reaction, the target compound with alkyl phosphonate moiety was obtained.
