Most of failures in machines during their work happen as a result of appearance and development of fatigue cracks. Problems of early detection of fatigue cracks and measuring the kinetics of their development are one of the most topical. This problem can be solved using the method of acoustic emission (AE). In this work there are presented mathematical model and results of experimental researches of material defectiveness during the fatigue loads on the based on the measurements of signal of AE.
