Synthesis of 1,2,3-Triazole-Linked Glycohybrids in the Gluco-, Gulo-, and Allopyranose Series
Chemistry of Heterocyclic Compounds 2015

3-C-Linked glycohybrids containing 1,2,3-triazole moiety as an intersugar linkage were synthesized. Biological activity of some of the compounds against glycosidases: α-fucosidases from bovine kidney, α-galactosidase from coffee beans, β-galactosidases from Escherichia coli and Aspergillus oryzae, α-glucosidase from yeast and rice, amyloglucosidases from Aspergillus niger, β-glucosidases from almonds, α-mannosidases from Jack beans, β-mannosidases from snail, and β-N-acetylglucosaminidases from Jack beans was tested.
