“Skrunda” Type Ship Diesel Engines Vibro-Monitoring Analysis

The questions of the monitoring of technical condition of the propulsive arrangement on board of the «Skrunda» type ships are considered in the paper. A practical vibro-monitoring is realized for main diesel and its fluid flywheel. The obtained information is analysed for the obtaining of all necessary dependences and descriptions. The vibro-monitoring was realized for all the operation modes of the main diesel measuring the vibrations at the basic points of the diesel and fluid flywheel. The results are stored in data base for further comparison with the results of future measurements. Recommendations are developed for the improvement of the measurements accuracy and optimisation of the basic points’ location on the main diesel and its fluid flywheel.
