Requirements for State Administrative Institution Employees’ Functional Clothing and their Systemization

A comprehensive catalogue of Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Finance and Prison Administration officials’ uniforms, special clothing and individual protective equipment has been developed. Its purpose is to organize and keep a clear system in order to guarantee professional clothing and protective equipment suitable for the employees’ ergonomics and providing adequate level of comfort. This is intended for users representing state administration institutions to minimize work and external environment risks or eliminate them within a period guaranteed by standards. To make it easier to use the general catalogue a search algorithm employee <—> uniform, uniform components for a special task has been introduced in order to learn what uniform, its component or protective equipment having what properties and of what fabrics, layers of fabric are necessary for an official performing certain official duties under certain environment conditions. It also serves to verify the conformity of the clothing and protective equipment to be procured to the requirements. A general catalogue and classification is created to improve special clothing and protective equipment.
