To ensure that end-users and consumers have access to comprehensive, comparable and user-friendly information regarding to the internet access service quality, particularly on openinternetaccessisnecessarytoimplementandregularlyrenewthesetoflegislativeregulatory acts and to provide monitoring the quality of Internet access services. Provided measurement methodology principles offers the guidance of the practical implementation of Regulatory frameworks regarding to certain measures and assess possible treatment of traffic in the provision of mobile internet access services and to ensure comparable and user-friendly information publishing opportunities.
