In the scientifi c monograph, the author has examined the factors that aff ect the development of real estate market and, by assessing the structure and condition of the residential sector as well as the dynamics of real estate transactions in the residential construction market segment, explained the factors that aff ect the depreciation of the residential sector and the stagnant character of the real estate market. Th e analysis of research fi ndings, its most important results and formulated conclusions justify the necessity of the Informative and analytical management system of real estate market development, these fi ndings justify as well fostering of the studies of real estate market development in various directions. Th e research methods used in the scientifi c monograph and the obtained fi ndings of the applied research may be applied to other scientifi c studies, scientifi c research on the real estate market and economic sectors, further sustainable development of the real estate market, as well as to young scientists’ and students’ papers devoted to the issues of real estate market economics and management.
