Organizational culture, organizational behaviour, organizational climate, business ethics, ethics in entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility are some of the concepts used today when discussing an organization’s sustainable development, existence and operation. These concepts apply to various business areas, management levels, styles, and are looked at from different angles, such as sociology, anthropology, psychology and management science. The research aims to analyse the concept of organizational culture and its essence and to determine its relationship and interaction with similar aspects of organizational management.
