In the research, the changes of electrical properties of bast fibre textiles after deposition of metal and metal oxide nanoparticles were investigated. Cu, Al, Ni, CuO and NiO nanoparticles were applied using magnetron sputtering method. The changes of complex electrical resistance, i.e., impedance, were measured using impedance spectroscopy method. The electrical properties of the samples after conditioning in different climatic conditions were measured. Obtained Bode plots with impedance modulus via frequency were analysed. At low frequencies, samples have different but active resistance, which becomes reactive when frequency increases. After conditioning in normal climatic circumstances active resistance in almost all frequency range, from 100 Hz to 15 MHz, is characteristic for samples with Ni, Cu and NiO coatings from both sides, and for sample with thickest Cu coating. After conditioning in moisture active resistance in almost all frequency range is characteristic only for sample with Ni coating from both sides.
