Behavior of Mullite-ZrO2 Ceramics with Silicon Nitride Additive by Use of Spark Plazma Sintering

This study is focused on modification of the mullite-ZrO2/Y2O3 ceramics by Si3N4 additive 1 to 5 wt.% to show the effect on densification, microstructure, phases composition and some properties of ceramic sintered by spark plasma sintering (and for same properties compared with an adequate traditionally sintered ceramic).
