Applicability of Combined Project Evaluation Methodology to EIA Projects

To ensure environmentally feasible and sustainable implementation of infrastructure projects, Environmental Impacts Assessment procedure requires transparent, all inclusive and quantitative indicators to be defined. The research proposes an evaluation methodology framework for environmental impacts assessment (EIA) projects incorporating a results-based indicator evaluation analysis. Result-based evaluation is a method of evaluation that concentrates on measuring the achievement of outcomes which have been achieved in line with concrete elaborated objectives.
