During the 19th century in European resorts specialization took place. It was considered that resort buildings had to be respectable and they had to integrate into the local landscape. The environment, appropriate for intelligence and aristocrats’ requirements, was formed. Due to the influence of the German resorts, the architecture of resorts developed. “Swiss style” became popular in building of summer houses, restaurants and pavilions.
