Index of the Fisheries Sector Cluster Competitiveness: Internal Factors

The aim of the research is to create the Index of Fisheries Sector Cluster Competitiveness – tool aimed for assessing the competitiveness and development of the Fisheries Sectors cluster from time to time. On grounds of the studied scientific and economic literature the author elaborated a Model of Factors Influencing the Competitiveness of Fisheries Sector Cluster and created a system of indicators aimed at assessment of the competitiveness of fisheries sector cluster at the level of macroeconomics. On the basis of the obtained results the author elaborated the Framework of Index of Fisheries Sector Cluster Competitiveness and methodology of its calculation. The development Index of Fisheries Sector Cluster Competitiveness may assist the institutions involved in the fisheries' policy formation to work more successfully and improve the common policy in the fisheries sector.
