2015 56th International Scientific Conference on Power and Electrical Engineering of Riga Technical University (RTUCON 2015):Proceedings 2015
Austris Uļjāns, Jānis Zaķis

In this paper, a modular auxiliary DC/DC converter, based on super-capacitor voltage balancing topology is presented. The converter is able to supply from voltage gate drive units of high voltage converter switching units. Further, the theoretical basics of this converter are analyzed as well as simulation of topology is observed. Finally, an experimental evaluation of 300V, 50W converter prototype is presented.
