This study on the possibilities to determine the differentiated environmental tax rates for waste disposal in landfills, and to appreciate the natural resource tax rate increase options for waste disposal and the necessary rate increases to stimulate the buried waste reduction and the promotion not to dispose of those wastes which are recyclable, are prepared by the association " Green liberty "at the Latvian Republic Environmental protection and regional development Ministry order.
