Aziridines with 1,5-Disubstituted Triazole in the Side Chain

A series of novel aziridines containing 1,5-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazole in the side chain has been obtained. Regioselective synthesis of 1,5-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles was realized by Ru(II) catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction. Biological activity of target compounds as potencial MMPs inhibitors will be discussed.
