Creative Economic Development Problems

The term "creative economy" is more and more commonplace among economists and economists lexicon for management specialists. This term was first mentioned in the scientific environment in 2001, which is to be thanked by British scientist John Howkins. At this moment the term "creative economy" often coincides with the term "knowledge economy". It's special the economic sector, which is based on different types of intellectual work. Currently in the world The creative economy manifests itself in a social economic growth that can be excellent motivation for the attractiveness of the investment climate, develops the field of science and education, as well as specific ones social affairs, etc. A creative economy can become one of the leading ones in the future socio-economic development forms Creating an appropriate intellectual environment will foster the whole socioeconomic framework the growth of households and will reveal the potential of creativity in society by creating new ideas and adapting its requirements to the national economy. Exactly a creative economy can be that mechanism, which will open creative approaches to human work in new socioeconomic processes in society. The creative economy methodology is based on non-standard decisions, original and unconventional management approaches as strategic growth goals, as well as systematic emergency and crisis situations, when it is necessary to search and realize principally new ones survival paths, opportunities to move forward, gaining an organization's market competitiveness ways and means of supporting competition.
