Problems of Telemedicine in Latvia

This work was written based on the current Latvian heterogeneous telecommunications network features and experimental results with medical data, which were obtained from the RTU Railway transport and communications laboratory. Achieved results can be used Latvian eHealth (electronic health) the new range of services for the implementation, which have not existed.
