In recent years, in Scandinavia, many municipalities are building new kindergartens and schools. Some of them are timber structures, and some structures are also supplied by Latvian companies. In Finland, it is a tendency for the municipality to demonstrate how to build a sustainable tree using the environment to reduce its environmental impact or be more environmentally friendly. After solving certain objections, Pudasjärvi municipality decided not only to build a new and large environmentally and puipls-friendly school, but to build the largest logging school in the world. Significant aspects of the project are public-private partnerships (PPPs), the use of BIM and the recruitment of pedagogical experts.
