The paper presents the results of a study of structural characteristics, elemental composition and stoichiometry of Cu2ZnSnS4 thin films and influence of the Nd:YAG laser irradiation. Film was deposited by spray pyrolysis on a glass substrate, the study of the structure and chemical composition was performed by using X-ray diffraction methods and EDAX, respectively.
