In Latvia more often people die from vascular diseases that is expressed as stenocardia or heart attack of myocardium. In the world this problem is also relevant, therefore demand on biologically harmless and mechanically compatible vascular graft is great. However, use in practical surgery at the market of the offered prosthetic appliances of blood vessels the last years show early or late thromboses in 25 % cases. More frequent reasons of thrombosis are a mechanical incompatibility of synthetic material with biomechanics properties of vascular graft. We offer a new structure of vascular graft appliance with the three-layered walls, which is produced from biologically harmless, not toxic polyester and polyurethane filaments. For manufacturing of vascular grafts of new structure a technology of weaving and hollow interlacing is utilized. The produced vascular grafts are saturated with viscose solution of preparations, which drying out and form in the pores of material membranes. Membranes provide excellent surgical permeability and therapy of living fabrics. Vascular graft of new structure is capable to stretch in axial direction to 50%, and on a circumference - up to the 25%, respectively. Vascular grafts of new structure were implanted in animals and after three, six, twelve and fifteen months of explantation morphological researches were done. The results testify that after twelve months of vascular graft stay in an organism it was well incorporated without the inflammatory phenomena.
