Hollow Mini Spheres and Their Consolidation Methods

Metal hollow minspheres is one of the types of cellular materials that are being actively investigated at the present time. They are of interest to many scientific and technical areas in mechanics, physics, and materials science. Development of technologies for their production require more attention to the study of their properties and structure. This paper presents some results of surface studies, evaluation of hardness, and other properties of MHMS. The methods of consolidation of MHMS and areas of practical application are considered.
