The main goal of maintaining an adequate level of safety in an airline is to develop measures for analyzing, evaluating and taking necessary actions to reduce risks to an acceptable level and control them. International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), recommending this concept, has developed general approaches, and each airline is looking for its own way to solve the problem by creating its own methodology and means of its implementation. There is not unique approach available. The article proposes one of the possible solutions to these issues. The proposed methodology is based on the use of deviations in the activities of individual services and airline personnel on the example of the airline Technical Center.
