This paper describes the overview of quantum approach for measurements and analysis of data, obtained with
the help of acoustic emission, which is considered as a new approach in the field of detection, determination of
coordinates and monitoring of sources of acoustic emission associated with discontinuities on the surface, or in the
volume of the vessel wall, welded joint and manufactured parts and components. An analysis of the advantages of this
approach over the classical approach is given. A block diagram of the quantum system of AE (acoustic emission) –
control is presented.
