Assessment of Professionally Important Qualities Aviation Technical Staff

The quality of training of aviation technical personnel and their professionalism are evaluated on the basis of closely related operational companies and educational institutions in the form of airline managers 'reviews, interviews, graduates' interviews, etc. However, such studies are practically absent, as well as scientific approaches and technologies for their conduct. At the same time, the current level of achievements in the field of information technology makes it possible to bring this work to a new, effective level of conformity assessment, issued by aviation specialists, the requirements of the aviation industry. This article presents the results of research on the development of professionally important qualities in future specialists at the stage of training
