Cleaner production is a continuous and preventive approach to the environmental and energy management and allows to provide services and manufacture products with a minimum negative impact on the environment and human health using currently available technological and economic opportunities. The aim of the current research is to analyze a specific fish processing company (case study) from the viewpoint of energy and environmental management to evaluate possibility to implement cleaner production measures and therefore improve company's performance. This study outlines preliminary results of the analysis, which can be used as a baseline for further research and optimization. Case study focuses on the analysis of electricity consumption in fish processing, which depends on technologies, products, raw materials, climatic conditions, processes etc. developed methodology algorithm presents data processing and analysis of production data to find tendencies of flexibility of power use. Testing of methodology for fish processing case study consists of the analysis of results and creation of empirical model. Results of multiple regression analysis show that obtained equation describes 75 % of the analyzed data (R2 =0.754).
