Operational reliability and safety of flights are rather close to each other concepts. In order to move from reliability assessment to flight safety assessment, it is necessary to consider faults and malfunctions occurring in flight and/or detected during maintenance, dividing them into separate groups and determining for each of them the indicators aviation safety measures adopted by the ICAO
