Formation of Legionella Containing Biofilm in Small-Scale Water Supply System Model

A small-scale model of warm water supply system was developed for growth of biofilm and Legionella pneumophila. Conditions favourable for L. pneumophila growth and proliferation were maintained in model. Regular sampling was performed in order to detect possible presence of L. pneumophila.
