The Impact of Season-Dictated Daylight Saving Measures on Electricity Consumption

In 2018, the European Commission suggested stopping season-dictated time change, to which 84 % of the respondents agreed. Various electricity consumption change scenarios in Nord Pool, applying the potential season-dictated time changing are evaluated. Expected gains from changing the time regarding the overall electricity payments of the customers are evaluated.
