Reliability and safety of thermal vacuum testing of space equipment significantly depend on the control system of the test complex. The quality of the control systems of the thermal vacuum test complex substantially depends on the approach to the development of technical specifications for the design of the system. Described approaches to the formation of technical specifications of simulators control systems.
