This paper is dedicated to the experimental study of signal waveform and subcarrier number influence on the wireless power transfer (WPT) performance of prefabricated RF harvesting device - Powercast P2110B. This work has been carried out with two different waveform types - with low and high PAPR level. Moreover, the subcarrier number for both types has been varied from 8 to 32. Single tone signal was used as a reference for the result comparison and evaluation. The WPT experiment was performed with two different antenna types in the unlicensed ISM band in the frequency range from 863 to 868 MHz. The WPT study was conducted under real life scenario.
