Nowadays healthcare is on the verge of significant changes. The problems caused by COVID-19 make healthcare reconsider the approaches used for communication between doctors and patients and control the quality of treatment in general. The purpose of the scientific work is to develop a design for a controlling mechanism of medical processes, which will allow planning and managing medical processes using information technologies. For greater control flexibility, it should be possible to flexibly change process configurations on purpose.
