We are very pleased to welcome our colleagues – young scientists and researchers from 13 countries to the 2020 61st International Scientific Conference on Information Technology and Management Science of Riga Technical University (ITMS), held in Riga, Latvia, on 15 – 16 October 2020. The Information Technology is progressing and exploring new horizons, fundamentally transforming our society in recent decades, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, when information technologies are playing a crucial role in keeping our society functional at the time of lockdowns and quarantines.
