Viktorija Stepanova, Ingars Eriņš

Cities invest in information and communication technologies (ICT) and train people to improve and facilitate business and their daily processes. Blockchain is considered one of the most advanced technologies that stimulate the development of smart cities and support digitalization. In the paper, the authors consider a blockchain-based professional growth data processing system, which includes the data on a person's professional development path and essential facts, events, and stages in their life (education, work). The paper aims to introduce the developed model, assess its confidence index and compare it with the existing system used in Latvia
