Development of a Methodology for Reducing the Number of Incidents Caused by Disturbing Passengers

The report shows that the study airline has more nuisance-related incidents related to alcohol abuse than the statistical averages and suggested methods to reduce the number of incidents involving nuisance passengers, focusing on the problem of directly intoxicated passengers.
