This paper analyzes possibilities to form coalition of several heat energy providers to participate in district heating market considering open electricity market. Cooperation would allow to better dispatch existing energy sources and ensure higher total profit for participants. To optimize coalition operation mixed integer linear programming is used, additional profit is shared between parties according to Shapley value. Case study based on historical hourly data is provided.
