This article presents an author’s point of view about creation principles of environ-mental management programs. Entrepreneurship environmental management pro-grams include specific actions of various characters and specify the order of their re-alization at the enterprise on priorities. The priority of action is being based on a number of factors, including ecological efficiency, terms of possible realization, pres-ence of necessary resources, a technical and technological opportunity of realization etc. The author suggests to group actions on: time of realization; volume of the used resources; sources of financing; obligation of performance and by principles of per-formance.
