The actual multiplicity of practically applicable ecological management models depends on listing of different specific factors. These factors influence both the inclusion of company’s ecological aspects and the functioning efficiency of ecological management models. In article reflect different factors influencing ecologically oriented management and the analysis was done. Company’s external and internal environment elements cluster was shown. The author distinguishes between the following groups of factors: production – technical, economic, political – legal, organizational, ecological and risk factors, as well as education and culture level and mixed factors. Also factors were divided into external and internal, direct and indirect impact etc. Internal and external environments analysis plays an important role in making strategic decisions. The results of the analysis help the company to make the strategic decision. This is why more attention should be paid to ensuring that strategic decisions made agree with the existing ecological requirements. The problems concerning protection of the national environment should be then taken into account when making strategic decisions. This will involve not only forecasting output of environmentally friendly goods, but also development of environmentally friendly enterprises. This way the country on its way of the rapid economic development will not be ignorant of maintenance of the ecological environment.
