The article deals with the need to identify customer satisfaction, their use in real estate management companies. For business success, the introduction of a customer satisfaction questionnaire is essential, enabling information on customer needs and monitoring the quality of services provided in order to maintain one of the basic values of customer service quality at a high level. The article analyses the results of a survey of clients of a real estate management company.
