For decades, automation has been gradually integrated into all aviation sectors, from aircraft design and operation to maintenance and air traffic control. We see an improvement in the aviation safety automation process due to the increase in systems reliability and the inclusion of safety control functions in the automation process itself. This makes it possible to reduce the number of service staff, at the same time making these systems more complex and their service places new demands on the people who do the work.
