Considering the growing competition on the markets,investment and diversification of the business are cruciallyimportant for any firms' growth.The current research is conducted to determine thefactors on the entity level that influence the investmentdecisions of the company and to what extent theinvestment decision depends on the leverage level. Moreover, the research is trying to identify the role ofnational culture in investment decisions and investmentleverage relation.The results prove that there is a significant relationshipbetween firm-level factors and corporate investment andthat the national culture has a strong moderating effect onthe leverage-investment relations.
