Students Motivation in the Equal Involvement of Each Participant of Group Work in the Acquirement of Studies Module

Modern, effective study process is directed to module training in order to enable common aims and reachable study results. The main task of the module is to give knowledge in fundamentals of entrepreneurship, where study process is occuring on the structure base of simulated enterprise, creating environment and their problem situations, which are equivalent to the ones in real entrepreneurship. Development of a real prototype of the final concept of the study module and financial calculation of the simulated business environment gives to a part of the students motivation to develop their ideas by participating in various idea development projects, which in turn promotes acquiring of additional experience and knowledge after a successful period of aquisition of study module.
