In order to ensure continuous and full-fledged operation of the State Fire and Rescue Service structural units, increase their efficiency, ensure implementation of functions and tasks specified in regulatory enactments and improve the quality of services provided, it is necessary to implement a set of measures aimed at improving the institution's material and technical base to ensure the most efficient and effective use of resources in the future, as well as the provision of safe working conditions for staff. The analysis and improvement of the norms set by the regulatory framework is relevant today, as the regulatory enactments regulating this field have not been updated since 2011, but the material and technical base of the State Fire and Rescue Service is constantly updated and has changed significantly over many years.
