Improvement of Cold Recycling Technology

The requirements currently specified in the Road Specifications for cement bound layers have been evaluated and the effect of possible cracking of asphalt pavement has been analyzed. Sampling and testing methodology of hydraulically bound materials has been improved. The values and range of cement compressive strength requirements for hydraulically bound mixtures was specified and construction specifications were improved as well as the Manual has been Developed.
