The psychological climate of an organization exists in any collective, the only thing that matters is whether it is positive or negative. The concepts of 'employee psychological well - being' and 'organizational psychological climate' cannot be contrasted. These concepts are interrelated, because if employees do not feel the psychological well-being, the psychological climate of the organization will suffer, whereas if the organization has a negative psychological climate, then the psychological well-being of the employee will suffer.
