The Tasks of the Doctoral Thesis: To achieve the goal of the Doctoral Thesis, the following tasks are set: 1. To develop an algorithmic model predicting e‑inclusion of individuals: 1.1. To analyze the scientific literature and other sources related to the e-inclusion processes. 1.2. To analyze the scientific literature and other sources related to the predictive technologies and methods. 1.3. To create an algorithmic model predicting e‑inclusion of individuals. 2. To create a technological model (prototype) predicting e ‑ inclusion of individuals. 3. To evaluate the technological model predicting the e-inclusion of the teachers of the vocational education institutions.
