The «Materials and Hardware» subject is mainly attended by foreign students from Asia, Africa, a small number of students from the post-Soviet republics and even less often from the EU or America. There is a significant difference between these groups of students in the level of preliminary training, both in general education disciplines and in the level of technical knowledge
