The phenomenon of wind shear is one of the most dangerous adverse environmental factors from the point of view of aircraft flight safety. The article provides an analysis of the conditions for the occurrence of wind shear and the results of a study of changes in the flight characteristics of an aircraft when hit by wind shear in the landing mode of flight.
